Open Letter to Peruvians
Currently, the majority of Peruvians are living sad times: a profound misery and without any hope of things getting better, unemployment that leaves them without any resources to survive, and a generalized corruption found at all levels of government.
To confront the current economic, social, political and cultural crisis that is affecting Peru , a group of Peruvians have united in Paris to create the Alternative Political Movement, and to say: Enough with the corruption! Enough with the misery! Enough with the unemployment! And to immediately put into practice the following measures:
1.- Any elected official that commits crimes must be judged and sentenced like any other delinquent. Even with more reason, when it has to do with city mayors, judges, regional counsels, congressmen, the vice-president, or the president of the republic. They must be severely sentenced.
2.- All who is elected to public office will not be compensated with more than the minimum wage and with no right to any premium in form of money or goods. Representatives elected to public office must serve their people and not profit with the peoples money.
3.- All the bank accounts and economic transactions of people elected to public office that receive money made by this country must be available for public scrutiny. We also know that these measures are not sufficient to return the lost confidence and the hopes to live in a humane manner.
Therefore, and founded on the scientific investigations of our compatriot HUGO SALINAS, we propose the following measures be put into practice immediately:
1.- The benefits of public and social character type companies must be distributed, in equal parts, between all Peruvians. It is urgent that the misery disappears. We are a country that is rich in human and natural resources. There is no reason why people must suffer of hunger.

1.- Exoneration of all types of taxes to small and medium companies.
2.- Free financing for industrial, agricultural and service companies, with social character.
3.- Administrative facilities that are for the creation of companies.
These measures are found within a short term plan that has the following as goals:
1.- Housing for each family.
2.- Employment for any person that wants to work.
3.- A base pay derived from the value added economic activity distributed in equal parts between all Peruvians; without any distinction of age, sex, race, or origin.
4.- Administrative, financial, and managerial support for each person or group of people that wish to start a company.
Only this way, Peruvians will be proud to have been born in Peru . For this, we call for all Peruvians of good will to unite to this new Political Movement with the objective to eradicate poverty, unemployment, and corruption. The Peruvian woman will have an important role in this Political Movement, overcoming their actual relegation. Young people will find a future in this new society, which this Political Movement is praising.
